Thank you for a wonderful tour. We enjoyed your company and all the information that you gave us, as well as the magnificent sights and all the interesting and beautiful places where you guided us.
It has been difficult to settle back into Melbourne. The weather is cold and miserable as it is winter here.
Margot and I are filling in our travel diaries and enjoying reliving our holiday.
Please keep in touch. We are interested to how you are.
Stay safe and well

Dear Ariel,
I'll begin by say "thank you" for a wonderful trip exploring and learning about Israel. I was impressed each day by your knowledge about thousands of years of the land's history including archaeological history, religious history, history of occupations and battles, customs and so much more. You answered all of our question with much care and thought. I loved your easy-going manner, and your great sense of humor. You quickly learned our likes and dislikes and adjusted the schedule accordingly.
Your sense of adventure led to some fun and unexpected discoveries (i.e. the olive processing facility). Your ability to strike up a conversation and to talk with just about anyone made for many fun and light hearted moments and encounters. Thank you for teaching us so much about the Jewish homeland. Just as I've told many people about my fond memories of exploring a glacier in Alaska with Shannon, I know I will now also tell people about our wonderful experience of exploring Israel with you, Ariel.
I hope I will soon be able to replace my tears on our final day with you for a future smile that will come upon seeing and exploring Israel with you again.
Shalom,
Linda and Dick Heider

Hi Ariel,
We just wanted to send a note to thank you for making our trip to Israel so special. As you could see by our emotional good-bye, we were all so touched by you and all you shared with us. We wish you good luck with your move to your kibbutz and with your business venture. We hope that we will be back to Israel soon - maybe even in the next year - and that we will get to tour with you again or visit you at Adobe Cafe.

Ariel,
Thanks for a fabulous 10 days & enjoy your kids for the next few days until your next tour. As Steven told you, we will definitely be passing your name around the Detroit community. In case you're curious, our plane left on time this morning (Monday) at 00:40 and we made our connection at JFK (despite the incompetent TSA) and landed in Detroit at 10:00. Peace!

Shalom Ariel,
This is a long overdue greeting. I just heard The Melodians’ Rivers of Babylon, and remembered how you weaved that song into our discussions about history and music. So I decided it is finally time to sit down and write. Hopefully you remember me and my son Elliot as fondly as we remember you. Just in case, I’ve enclosed a few photos. (The one by the tree was taken by you in Ein Gedi – it’s a great shot which I use for my computer wallpaper).
Elliot and I often think about our wonderful trip to Israel, along with the insights, entertainment, and friendship we found in our guide, (you!). We learned so much about Israel, Judaism, our history, and about each other. With all that Elliot and I do together, those 3 meaningful days in Jerusalem really stand out.
I hope things are going well for you, and that you are enjoying watching your daughter grow. Are you still pursuing your idea for sustainable living (I think that’s how you described it). I am also interested in ways to improve man’s impact on the environment, and would love to hear more about it.
My wife and I will be in Israel in February, and I will surely look you up.
Regards,
Skip

Dear Ariel,
This is Daniel Solomon from the trip you guided about a week ago. First of all I'd like to thank you for making my trip so great. it was a fantastic experience and your knowledge of the land greatly enhanced it. Secondly, I'd like to ask you to put the notes I gave you into the Kotel. You have probably already done that though. Thank you once again, for both of the things.
From,
Daniel

Ariel,
I wanted to thank you again for an amazing tour of Israel. The time I spent on my own in Haifa, Akko, and Tel Aviv and our trip was an unforgettable experience. I really enjoyed myself and our talks. I am currently in the process of joining a program to learn Hebrew and serve some time in the IDF. It is called Mahal you might have heard of it. I may have missed the age requirement by two weeks but I'm waiting to see if they will make an exception. I am also exploring a degree opportunity with IDC Hertzliya. I hope to do something like I talked about with the brewing/agricultural brewery idea but I guess like everyone I should probably make some money first. I hope this news finds you and yours well.
Thanks your friend, Aaron
